Our line of non-mandrel hydraulic tubing
benders consists of the model 150 tube bender and the model 500 Pipe
bender. The model 150 is a great pipe bender with a maximum capacity of
2-1/2" tubing and 2" Schedule 40 pipe. The model 500 is a strong bender
for those larger pipe requirements up to 4" OD tube and 3" Schedule 40
pipe. Both machines use industrial grade hydraulic systems offering the
end user years of flawless production. Like most RMD machines our pipe
benders are mounted on wheels for portability around a jobsite or
production floor. The Model 150 is an ideal pipe bender for auto chassis,
roll cages, hand railing, hydraulics, motorcycle frames, go karts,
furniture, structural plumbing, marine products, etc. The model 500 is an
ideal pipe bender for oil refineries, power stations, paper mills,
converting facilities, maintenance shops, playground equipment
manufacturers, shipyards, and much more. Our hydraulic pipe benders are
extremely easy to use and allows for beautiful quality bends on thick,
medium, and some thin walled tubing, and pipe. RMD tubing benders are made
