Mandrel Tube Bender

Perfect for making ultra tight bends on thin walled tubing for performance exhaust, hand railing, furniture and many more applications. The 140 job memory with touch-screen allows the user to set up and recall programmed bend jobs quickly and easily. A 5HP servo motor and 5HP hydraulic motor provide power and extreme accuracy. Foot pedals activate the bend and return process. The MB-350 uses true mandrel bending toolilng which must be ordered in addition to the machine. This machine includes a positioning table which is manually adjustable. This feature allows the user to perform multiple bend parts even in varying planes, accuracy and repeatable. This machine also includes a hydraulic mandrel insertion and extraction system. 220 Volts, 3 Phase.
