RDB-100 has a unique ratcheting system which allows
perfect bending accuracy never before seen in a manual bender. The torque
lever locks the bend in place after each ratchet. Once the bend has been
completed, the lever is released allowing the operator to quickly and
easily remove the tube and home the machine. Capacity is 1” schedule 40
pipe, 1-3/4” round tube and 1-1/2” square tube. This bender can accomadate
tooling up to a 7” center line radius and bend as small as 1/4” tube or
solid rod. When accuracy is a must, this bender can perfectly repeat bends
made by an attentive operator. A ratcheting mechanism and spring back
control allows smooth bending on heavier walled tube and pipe. The
Free-bend adapter allows the operator to quickly bend light gauge materials
without the ratcheting system engaged. RDB-100 uses the same tooling as all
other Baileigh/RMD rotary draw benders. Tooling is easily installed and
removed within seconds. The counter die quick release feature allows fast
loading and removal of the bend part. Unique ratcheting mechanism allows
you to bend easily by simply pulling a level. Each pull delivers 10° of
movement. Bends pull out in seconds (no disassembly required.)
