Plate Rolls

Baileigh Industrial offers two five foot wide ruggedly built plate rolls that are great for rolling sheet metal or metal plate. All of our sheet metal forming equipment is built to the highest quality standards on the market that offers the operator decades of quality metal rolling service. This sheet metal machinery would be considered a pyramid style bending plate roll. It uses three rollers where the top roll swings out on a heavy duty bearing pivot allowing the operator to pull off the item just rolled. To start forming, simply put the piece of sheet metal in between the three rollers and lift the front bottom roll via a quick lift and lock mechanism. On the operator console adjust the motorized back roll position as displayed on the LED readout to the desired position and then begin rolling via engaging the rolls by pressing the front roll button. When complete with your first roll you may wish to tighten up your bend via lifting the motorized back roll and then pressing the reverse roll button. Besides being very robust, these plate rolls are very operator friendly.
