Danobat Panel Bender

The Danobat automatic bending system provides a combination of ease of operation and basic industrial standards.
Modular concept design permitting the addition of optional automation systems based upon customer requirements.
Features:
* Production set-up time between programs -30sec.
* Continuous surface C-fram for all type of profiles
* More adaptable for operation with sensitive materials such as Stainless steel and pre-painted.
* Positive and negative bends without the need of part inversion.
* Unlimited number of bends.

Parts Carrying: This device locates the component in front of the squaring parts.
Part Removal: Finished part unloading and new part loading take place on the same side to minimize downtime between cycles.
Part Squaring: BY means of programmable locator pins. A seperate component pusher locates the part into these pins with a variable force depending on material thickness.
Automatic Tool Change: Carrousel containing 24 central tools with various dimensions. This allows any combination of bend length up to the maximum machine capacity.
Central Tool Change Device:
* Taking the central tool from the carrousel
* In motion
* Central tool exchange
* Returning the removal tool to the carrousel. \
Bend Length Adjustment system: Bend length adjustment is automatically programmed through the CNC. It is performed by using a simple hydraulic powered, lock-unlock system.

Standard Equipment:
* Programmable automatic lubrication
* Climate temperature control for the hydraulic system.

Optional Equipment:
* Same side 2 level load/unload table
* Automatic bend length adjustment system
* Intermittent tab bending
* Integrated robotic part unloading and stacking system
* In-line connection to punching systems.
