Danobat Punching & Laser Combination Machine

The punching and laser combination from Danobat covers perfectly the needs for the customers, optimizing the fabrication procedures with an adequate combination of the punching, upforming, marking, tapping and laser processes.

Hydraulic Drive Punching Machine
  *It is combination of hydraulic punching machine and laser cutting unit, which offers technologies of punching and laser cutting in one system.
  *It is especially recommended for hole intensive parts that also feature, form, taps and a majority of angle cutting.
  *A specially designed frame separation system is incorporated to limit the vibration transfer caused by the punching system.
* Unlimited number of bends.

Precision
  *The Hydraulic frame connection system between the punching machine and the laser maintains the laser cutting precision relative to the punched sheet.

Laser
  *The standard laser unit offers 3000W cutting power
  *The power meets and exceeds the thickness limitations of the punching portion of the system.
  *A heat control device maintains laser operating temperature.
Laser Head 
  *Independent axis, C2 and Z2, control the laser head
  *Z2 Axis control the sheet positioning.   
  *C2 Axis controls the programmable setting of the focal point.       
  *The distance between the laser head and the sheet is provided by capacitive sensor.
  *C2 Axis controls the programmable setting of the focal point.

Part Separation 
  *Trap Door: As standard, a 16" x 20" Trap door is installed.
  *Powered Roller Table: A table with powered rollers is supplied for uploading large parts that exceed the trap door dimensions.      
Part Stacking and Scrap Management System  
  *As an option a dual 5' x 10' pallet part stacking system can be supplied. This system also includes an automatic scrap management device.
