Danobat Punching & Shearing Combination Machine

It maintains all the advantages of punching machines and incorporates a fitted orthogonal shear, specially designed for cutting rectangular parts. This system allows high speed and excellent cutting quality.

Hydraulic Drive Punching Machine
  *Design based on modules, enabling the customer to incorporate optional ancillary equipment or peripherals according to optimal requirements.

Right Angle Shear
  *Danobat has developed a new "O" frame right angle shear in response to the increasing precision demands from the customers. Eliminate the need for micro-joints. It is designed for use in processing rectangular parts.

  *Ready to use with the latest generation of Cad-Cam systems for sheet metal processing.
  *To get a better material utilization includes an automatical nesting possibility specific for the punching and shearing combination.
  *Accuracy is achieved by:
      *The rigidness of the closed frame.
      *Large area hydraulic blank holding during the shearing process.
      *Part support mechanism within the conveyor 
  *Automatic and programmable blade setting.
  *The part unload conveyor also acts as the punching support table which results in a faster transition from the punch to shear cycle.
